When booking Alden Travel’s services (Tours, flights, transportations, hotels, meals…), customers have to read carefully and accept the terms and conditions below:

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Service: means that Alden Travel on behalf of customers makes reservation for flight tickets, hotels, consults & organizes tours, meals… and follows up with partners.
  • Suppliers include: hotels, restaurants, airlines, boats, bus companies, …
  • Service fee: is the fee that the end user or customer must pay when they book services such as hotels, air tickets, tours… provided by Alden Travel. The service fee paid by the customer will not be refunded under any circumstances. This is a fee applied to compensate Alden Travel’s efforts in providing human resources and expertise, to meet and accompany the needs and desires of customers.
  • References to “we, us, our” refer to Alden Travel and “you, your” are to customers, our website users.

2. SERVICE BOOKING CONFIRMATION
        Customers book Alden Travel services must be from 18 years upwards.
        Service booking confirmation is shown in the confirmation email sent from Alden Travel to the email you registered on Alden Travel system (including the website and applications integrated on this website). Alden Travel will not guarantee any booking information until you receive a final confirmation email.
         When making a reservation and payment, it is considered that you have agreed to the applicable terms, conditions, and policies of Alden Travel and the supplier before, during and after using the service. In case you make payment later than the payment deadline notified by Alden Travel via email, website, application, your confirmation of service booking will no longer be valid.

3. MODIFICATION OF BOOKING INFORMATION
       After successfully booking our services and final confirmation email was sent, if you want to change your service booking information, please send a request to email info@aldentravel.com or hotline: +84 944 955 322. We will try our best to support you, however we do not guarantee that all change requests will be implemented. In case you have used the service, any request for refund,
cancellation or change will not be honored. In addition, Alden Travel also applies an administration fee for accepted service booking change requests (additional fee + supplier’s service cancellation fee).

4. LISTED PRICE
All tours and services listed are in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Payments in other currencies will
be converted into Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the prevailing exchange rate.

5. Payment
Alden Travel offers various payment methods for the convenience of customers when booking our services. Customers can refer to the following methods and choose the most suitable one:

  • Bank transfer
  • Payment by domestic ATM card.
  • Payment by international credit card: Visa, Master, Amex
  • Payment directly at Alden Travel Office in Chau Doc, An Giang

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Days prior to customers arrival cancellation charge:

  • More than 45 days prior to trip departure, cancellation fees will be charged for issued flights tickets, issued visas, transportations and hotels according to their policies.
  • 15 days before arrival: 50% charge of total tour price.
  • 7 days before arrival: 75% charge of total tour price.
  • Within 72 hours before arrival: 100% tour price.

7. WEBSITE INFORMATION
       We commit the highest accuracy of the information displayed on the website, however please note that the information is also updated and edited according to the service supplier and adjusted according to customers’ appropriate reviews. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all of the above
information is completely accurate or free of any errors. We will not be liable for any changes, modifications or deletions of information on our website without prior notice.
We will not be responsible for any damages, losses, claims or fees related to the products or services listed on this site (including the following causes: direct or indirect consequences of incorrect information arising from our website)

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We do not provide your credit card details to any supplier or third party. A copy of your ID card/passport can be retained by the supplier or presented for customer check-in upon request.

9. COPYRIGHT
The images and content on aldentravel.com are not allowed to be copied or reused in any other version but only for use on our website.
